When we started looking for a new home, we found ourselves in a position where we needed to relocate and be moved in quickly. We had been looking for a short while and were close to closing on one home, but it fell through. We were very discouraged because we did not anticipate it being possible to build a new home and meet our timeline. We were referred to J Michael Builders. When we spoke to them, they listened to our needs and were able to accommodate us by finding a semi-completed home in one of their neighborhoods. We worked primarily from out of state, so they made the process smooth by providing photos and allowing us to choose finishes via phone and email. The house was completed quickly, and we moved in around the same time we would have closed on a pre-owned home. We are very satisfied with the quality of our home and impressed with the continued service after move-in.
