Michael Petak

Michael Petak has been developing, building single and multifamily homes in the Chicagoland area for over 25 years.  Michael enjoys working directly with the homebuyer through the construction process to assure them the most satisfying experience.  The goal is to provide our customers with the highest level of construction craftsmanship, affordability and customer service. 

At a young age Michael had a passion for construction. Prior to J Michael, Michael had a successful sales career and also worked for two of the larger local developers and general contractors. There Michael developed a reputation for completing projects on time and within budget. His past experience includes all levels of residential construction, commercial construction and land development.

Michael graduated from Joliet Catholic High School and earned his degree in Business Management from the University of Illinois Chicago.
